With rapid development of the reform in power market, the matchmaking tradeoff model has been used more and more widely. So is transaction risk. For the purpose of minimizing the transaction risk, definitions of trust, trustworthiness and some other related nouns for power market are given in this paper. Based on those definitions and current matchmaking tradeoff model, a new model called TMTM (Trustworthiness-based Matchmaking Tradeoff Model) which is simple, feasible and accessible is proposed. Compared with the current method to minimize the risk, TMTM makes good use of Delphi and AHP to compute the trustworthiness which is more reasonable and accurate because of getting the trustworthiness from lots of experts and traders instead of individuals. This paper classifies trust indices into dynamic trust and static trust indices according to their different influences on the present transaction. Relying on the classification, the problem of time decay is solved by constructing trust time correct function of trust indices'points. At last, these thoughts are used in the e-commerce market, which can help the transactions more efficiently.
