The retail sales increases day by day and the foreign capital investment to retail trade speeds up, the consumer shopping's divergence is obvious, the market limitation decides that various businesses must depend on the ability and the strength to divide the market. Both the qualitied business and the new businesses will be facing the stern challenge. How the traditional department store uses the new marketing strategy combination and the service method to seek for the new breach for the promotion operating results has become an urgent matter obviously.After the research to the marketing strategy combinations and the innovation superiority of Koftower Shopping Center,it mainly discusses the present situation of the retail of Koftower Shopping Center and the department stores in Weifang.Through diagnosis and the comparative analysis,comparing with the present situation of the retail of the department stores in weifang,.it proposes a certain opinion for the further development and the innovation marketing Strategy's choice for Koftower Shopping Center.The main body of the article first introduces the characteristics of the retail's development and the trade.And it also introduces the marketing type and the general merchandise and prepares for the next step of marketing combination innovation strategy. After that,the article carries on the analysis to Koftower Shopping Center's present sitration and its marketing situation. After comparision and analysis, we've got to know that the marketing strategy combination of Koftower Shopping Center should start from the commodity strategy,the promotion strategy,the service strategy and the enterprise image. This article has also carried on the analysis to the department store marketing's premise idea innovation,the chain stors and sold outright management. It explores a new marketing pattern for the traditional stores becoming news ones.The last part is the conclusion and the forecast part. It points out the problems in practicing marketing innovation and the implementation of this paper.
