A Study On The Relation Between The Change Of Institution And Evolution Of The Economic Regional Pattern Of New China

Since the founding of new china, during the transition from planned economy to market economy system, changes of national policy or institution in the economy played a very important role , the evolution of economic regional pattern has been born a deep traces of institution.Moreover, economic geography emphasize the institution and culture to regional development in recent years, and proposed the " institutional turn". Based on the two points above, in this paper we proposed the study on the relation between the change of institution and evolution of the economic regional pattern after Liberation of china.This article looks at the process of the change of institution and evolution of the economic regional pattern after liberation, and described different performance and characteristics of our institution and economic regional pattern by stages.Then based on deeply discussed the relationship of the two, draw the mechanism ,qualitative conclusions and historical evolution.Firstly,the regional development strategy which is in this framework of institution directly promoted changes of the economic regional pattern, and the system of institution including regional policy and various single institutional arrangements along with the changing development strategy, directly acting on economic regions,consolidate and strengthen the economic regional changes.On the contrary, the existing economic regional pattern influence the institutional change and adjustment ,between them is a bilateral relationships.Secondly,the relationship of institutional change and evolution of economic regional pattern in new China is different in different periods. In planned economy period, the institutional change directly affected evolution of economic regional pattern, however,since entering market economy , the relationship has been weakened, the leading role of market is strengthening.Finally, according to the new trend of economic regional pattern influenced by present Institution, we put forward proposals and measures from the perspective of institution that can impact the economic regional pattern ,in order to bring the evolution of economic regional pattern to an orderly manner.
