As China is performing its fast transition from planned economy to market economy,marketing has become an important factor behind the survival and growth of local enterprises;and marketing strategy plays a major role in the success of marketing.Fujian Longking Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Longking Co.),which being engaged in the air pollution control industry that is experiencing an unprecedented opportunity today in China,is facing a more complex and competitive market environment.In a market that is full of competition,how to develop a successful marketing strategy to keep the enterprise competitive and make it grow quickly has become very important.During the writing of this article,in order to gain an inside and objective research of the Longking Co.'s marketing strategy,I have collected information and figures from libraries,network and my own work,and have profoundly visited top leaders, division heads and sales employees in Longking Co..The article begins with an introduction to Longking Co.and its major products, along with an overview of the situation of the air pollution control industry.Then,I apply the basic marketing theories to do a detailed analysis of Longking Co.'s marketing strategy based on the environment that the company is confronting,and its advantages and disadvantages,as well as both the opportunities and challenges that it is facing.Finally,the article shows what should be done to improve Longking Co.'s marketing strategy and a direction for the company to move forward based on the analysis.The conclusion shows that:first,the strategy Longking Co.adopts has played a positive and important role in the fast growth of the company;second,the strategy requires further changes and enhancements due to the changing environment inside and outside the company..
