The Design Of Investment Project Based On The Discount Of Close-End Funds And It's Empirical Study

The price of the close-end funds depends on the market.After issuing at the premium,the close-end funds will trade at discount.Studying the investment value of the close-end funds traded at discount will have solid impact on enriching the investment and acquire certain earning. The paper study the feasibility of two projects of investment in the close-end funds with discount,then give the projects how to acqurie the investment earning.Firstly,the Chapeterl introduce the study background of this paper,and then review relevant literature of the close-end funds with discount in Chapter 2.In Chapter 3,the papers study the investment opportunity and make a mathematic analysis on how to invest on the close-end funds to be expired.Moreover,in this chapter,I make evaluation on the project of investment we make. In Chapter 4,I analyze how to invest when the close-end funds which trade at discount issue the dividends.Lastly,the paper explains the limit of the paper and show the direction for the further study.The study conclude the discount of the close-end funds have good safety margin for the investment.Under the investment earning can be assured and considering the market situation, we can choose the suitable investment projects and using the financing to enlarge the investment earning.
