Hemodialyzer, commonly known as artificial kidney, it belongs to medical device using for life-sustaining and LOQ-improving.Since 21 century beginning, ESRD patients are increasing accompanying by urbanization level continuously improving, globalization and emerging economies. Artificial kidney is emerging shortage in the future market.In this case, major manufacturer of artificial kidney in the world is expanding mass of production in order to enhance competitiveness. XX corporate as one of major manufacturer in the world, it is very important that increase production scale depending on cost control.The manufacturing process problems for XX corporate as follows: unreasonable layout planning, process bottleneck, lack of staff capacity, lack of machine maintenance, energy waste etc. It is necessary to perform process optimization in XX corporate.Against such a background, we improve capacity of manufacturing process through the application of layout planning, eliminating process bottleneck, job-redesign, machine maintenance and clean production in order to achieve economies of scale basing on cost control.Finally, we succeed in optimization of the manufacturing process through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system to make ensure establishing cost control system.
