Research On Mobile Customer Satisfaction Based On Data Mining

With significant guiding meaning for business marketing both at the strategic level or tactical level, customer satisfaction embodies the value of enterprises. Making researches on customer satisfaction and associating the research results with products and service attribute has become a method of market-driven quality control.On the other hand, as the development of information technology and database technology, to tap useful information from large data, many large foreign telecommunications operators apply data searching technique to every aspect in operation, management and decision-making. It can be said that the data searching technique has become the key technique in the fierce market competition for enterprises.After company reorganization, China Mobile is responsible for the promotion of national 3G brand TD-SCDMA. Before this, with cumulate GSM network users and data, it had advantages compared with other competitors.In view of the above characteristics, in the first instance, this article provides an evaluating basis by using the traditional method of customer satisfaction method (AHP) and making the model of customer satisfaction. Secondly, by making full use of data searching technique and fashioned China Mobile G network users' data information, this article digs out valued knowledge effectively, sets up a favorable decision tree model of customer satisfaction index system, and compares this model with traditional models to validate the accuracy of this model. Offering useful information for decision-making and enhancing the brand influence of China Mobile, it provides more effective help for the telecommunications competition and 3G promotion.
