Under the press of global competition, private enterprises need to introduce professional managers , especially for familial private enterprises. Because of the familial pattern of management, many private enterprises has some problem of compensation management. First, a literature review is done about inspiring with managers and the similar research using principal-agent theory. The particularity of principal-agent relation in private enterprises is researched, and several conclusions about compensation management in familial private enterprises are proved via developing and analyzing the multitask principal-agent model. Analysis is done about the compensation management of familial private enterprises. Based on the analysis and the several conclusions in the model, some central problems of the compensation management in this kind of enterprises are detected. Via analysis on these problems, the essential causation is found to be the effect of the familial management and the familial atmosphere in the enterprises. And then using the several conclusions of the model, the essential measure and material countermeasure of optimizing compensation management is advanced. At the end of the article, a demonstration research is done via analysis of a case.
