Under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy, knowledge innovation, technological innovation, industrial innovation developing accelerately, the human resources has become the most important strategic resource, and this is same to the national competition. Some people said that talent is gold mine in the 21st century. Whoever has the talent edge, will own the competitive advantage. Similarly, with little different merchandise and same gradually cost of merchandise, the competitive advantage is fully demonstrated, so more and more companies realize that their competitive advantage compared to factors also hard to Soft factors - the employees. Enterprises which own employee advantages can win in the competition and will be able to control the market.However, according to consulting firm Watson Wyatt survey, the brain drain in developing countries as a whole accounted for two-thirds of Asia, China also is one of the one which has the highest rate of employee turnover. Therefore, in the times of an increasingly competitive market environment, how to attract and retain qualified employee, is the most important task of the majority business leaders in mind. The thesis is studied from the following: the status of enterprises in which employees turn over, the impact on enterprise development by employee turnover, the analysis of the impact of the employee turnover and factor analysis. Moreover, according to the analysis of the employer brand, it invokes this solution, and inquires countermeasures based on the brand, from the viewpoint of a strategic height, culture perspectives, creating a good working environment for employees and so on. It is hoped to assist the enterprises to resolve the problem.
