Research On Strengthening Supporting Effect Of Credit Loan On The New Rural Construction

"Agriculture-rural areas-farmers" problem is always the basic problem of China. Since the beginning of reform and opening-up, rural area of China achieves great changes, including development of rural economy, increment of farmers' incomes, progress of party building and socialist culture and ethics. But it's still far away from affluent society. New socialist countryside construction is a good way to solve "agriculture-rural areas-farmers" problem. Meanwhile rural credit is always a direct or indirect support on solution of rural construction problem. So rural credit exert an great influence on new socialist countryside construction. How to strengthen supporting effect of credit loan on the new rural construction becomes the logic beginning of new rural economic development and solution of "agriculture-rural areas-farmers" problem. From this logic beginning, basing on current situation of China, the status of rural economy and rural finance is summarized, the characteristic of rural credit requirement and the status of supply are analyzed, the reason of unevenness between supply and demand is researched, the flaw of rural financial organization to reach the rural credit requirement is clarified, some successful experience from other country is also introduced. Considering rural financial development theory and current situation of China, some positive policy advice with great maneuverability are proposed for promoting supporting effect of credit loan on the new rural construction.
