Market economy, oil and gas field enterprises, influenced by the organization and operation mechanism, have the lower sensitivity of the financial risk, so how to better oil and gas fields on the financial status of financial warning to ensure its effective operation of health has become the national economy important issue of sustainable development.This article has first analyzed the current financial warning correlation theories and the research present situation, having carried on the narration to the financial warning's research; Next introduced our country oil and gas field enterprise's management characteristic and the financial risk, carrying in its present financial warning pattern elaborated profoundly; Afterward selected the corresponding warning target to construct the financial warning indicator system, based on this and has established the financial warning model; finally according to the financial warning system and the model, unifies the oil and gas field enterprise financial warning system to realize the financial warning function.Based on research of the financial warning indicator system and model, and application in the actual situation, this paper will strive for the financial warning of Chinese oil and gas field enterprise in theory and application to provide a value.
