Service Quality Analysis And Evaluation During Expressway Reconstruction

Expressway-building program, when traffic operation when constructing caused the service quality inferior during the expressway reconstruction. In this paper, using system theory analysis approach, based on the coordinated development between traffic operation and road construction it analyzes and evaluates expressway service quality during reconstruction. Based on a large number of practical works, combining a number of internal expressway reconstruction experience, analyzes major structures and transport organizations program impact on expressway operations during expressway reconstruction. Using system theory analysis method, combining with traffic engineering theory, analyzes expressway reconstruction service quality system, as well as various sub-systems deeply.According to the contents, purpose and characteristics of expressway reconstruction service quality evaluation, establishes indicators of service quality assessment system, choosing factors impacting on traffic operation greatly. Application AHP method, through theoretical analysis and expert advice, determine the weight of various indicators, referring research results and industry standards at home and abroad, proposed expressway evaluation criteria for services quality indicators, and researched the calculation of attribute values and non-dimensional issues, using multi-level analysis based on fuzzy evaluation method, proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, according to evaluation model, combing specific examples, it has a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
