The Research Of Operation Mode Of Centralized Financial Management In Guangxi Mobile

With the rapid development of the economics, the enterprise organization forms in China become groups gradually. The traditional finance management and accounting patterns do not meet the requirement of enterprise development today. It is a trend of enterprise group development to set up new finance management and accounting patterns.The reform in telecom industry and the competition environment provide new challenges to the finance management of China Mobile. From the respect of enhancing finance management and control, based on the analysis of centralized finance management (CFM) necessity and patterns, the thesis discussed the CFM pattern selection, design and implementation in Guangxi Mobile. First, the thesis discussed the necessity of CFM in group enterprises after analyzing the defects of traditional finance management methods. Secondly, after studying theoretical basis of CFM and comparing with the current centered finance management methods, the thesis drew the conclusion that China Mobile should implement CFM in province levels. Finally, the thesis studied the operation mode of CFM in Guangxi Mobile, e.g., the finance management status before CFM implementation, CFM pattern design, problems in the CFM implementation and suggestions of corresponding solutions. Because the CFM implementation patterns are versatile in group enterprises, the companies should select the patterns according to their own needs, pay attention to implementation details and take corresponding actions in order to ensure CFM effectiveness and success.
