There was more than 100 millions players of network game(including platform game) in china at the end of 2008. Advertising on internet is increasing quickly. In-game advertising is a new intenet application based network game and advertising on intenet .It is a very interesting and cutting edge industry. This study of IGA's generation , present situation and operation can be a reference to the research and constitution of IGA's future.Chapter 1,2 analyses the networkgame and advertising on internet. Chaper 3,4,5 analyses IGA's model of operation ,some problems and solutions. It provide some advices for someone wanted to operating the IGA company. In appendix there are some introduces of IGA company in china and some software situation about IGA we made.
