Research On Small-medium Manufacture Enterprise's Technology Innovation Model

As the degree of market opening in china increasing and the time of economic globalization are coming, the manufacturing enterprise in our country is inline with international norms in the tide of "bring in and go out"; they are becoming important force in our country even in the world. AS the manufacturing enterprises are enjoying the outcome of reform and opening up, threats are coming. Our enterprises are facing with more competitive and are bound with more external environment. In recent years technology blockade and litigation on infringement of intellectual property rights are very common, especially in the time of financial crisis, the Small and medium-sized manufacture enterprises have been dependent on export are seriously affected. How to improve our manufacture enterprise's technological innovation capability and enhance the core competitiveness in order to obtain sustainable development is very urgent. To improve the innovation capability, the first problem is how to choose technological innovation mode.This paper obtains seven chapters. The first chapter is preface; introduce the background of the research, the research significance and the framework of this thesis. Expound the important strategic position of the SME and the grim situation the SME facing. The second chapter is literature Review. By summarize and analysis the related research at home and abroad, the author put forward the lack of current research and their own view. The author thinks the SME of manufacture should choose different technology innovation mode in different environments; the third chapter defined the related concepts of this paper. The fourth chapter summarized and analyzed the features and technological innovation status of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, introduced the status of American Japan and Germany. The fifth chapter juxtaposed and analyzed the features of Independent innovation Cooperative Innovation and Imitation Innovation, expounded their advantages disadvantages and applicable conditions under the conditions of SME. The sixth chapter is the core content of this paper. In this chapter the author constructed a model of technological innovation mode decision. The model contains three stages, the first stage is based on strategic objectives achievement, the second stage is based on optimization, and the third stage is based on Investment Income maximum. The seventh chapter is empirical analysis. The author tested and verified the model of technological innovation mode decision by a case of XX blower manufacture enterprise in Shandong province.
