The Research About Feasibility Of Housing Endowment In Jinan City

Recently, with the advent of aging society, along with the non-perfect social security systems and trend of empty home, old-age problems arising from inadequate pensions are becoming increasingly apparent.How to protect and improve life quality of the old have become the focus issues of a harmonious society. For one thing, with the development of economy, with the incensement of population mobility, traditional ways of endowment gradually recede. For another, the immature social endowment mechanism is unable to shoulder the heavy responsibilities, which give birth to the needs of endowment on their own strengths to some extent. Thus, housing endowment will become the first choice for the elderly independent endowment.Actually, ideas about housing endowment are results of innovative endowment system. In the long run, it has developed into a kind of new endowment way, including reverse mortgages, sale-endowment, rent-endowment, bequests-endowment, and so on. In developed countries, reverse mortgage has been established as a formal system. In China, however, theory and practice about housing endowment is still in its infancy because of economic, political, social, cultural constraints. Based on this situation, this essay selects 'housing endowment' in Jinan as a research subject, protecting to supply some theoretical and practical references for its application and expansion. Exactly, this is where this article has its innovation. That is, with the use of SPSS instrument, it analyzes the questionnaires and makes conclusions, combined with practical data and examples.This article is divided into five parts. The first part of this essay is the preface, which introduces the background, significance of this topic, methods and research tools, ideas and structures, etc. The second part of this essay is overview of basic theories, that is, the meaning, form and theoretical basis, added up with housing endowment practices at home and abroad. The third part is focusing of the article, namely, the necessity and feasibility analysis. Besides, combined with the use of SPSS analysis software and questionnaire results, the essay comes to a conclusion that Jinan is feasible for house endowment. The fourth part continues to explore current problems and risks if Jinan applies housing endowment ideas. Finally, some feasible suggestions have been provided for housing endowment, while at the same time, it looks forward to provide some references for its future implementation.
