Reclamation resulted directly in the deterioration of cultivated grassland; the damage to grassland is devastating. Lot of natural disasters are closely related to the human damages to the grassland ecological system, and these damages resulted in drought, dust storms and frequent occurrence of other natural disasters, and more seriously lead damage to biodiversity. In particular, resulted in the scene of"advance agriculture, retreat animal husbandry","advance sand, retreat grass", lead a lot of farmers and herders to lose their basic space of survival and development, increased the conflicts between agriculture and animal husbandry, brought about a gradual impoverishment of peasants and herdsmen.To Summarize and find out the reasons for the negative impact brought about by the cultivation since the foundation of country, and to give the specific measures for the elimination of the negative effects, are of great significance to the sustainable development and building a well-off society now.
