With the deepening of economic globalization, the economies of the countries become more and more integrated. And financial capital as an integral part of the economy, also become a part of the national economies development which can not be ignored, with the inevitable globalization. However, with the globalization of the financial capital, its negative factors also gradually emerged. In order to control the impact of foreign capital on the domestic economy, Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) has entered the vision of the countries. In 2002, the QFII system has been formally introduced into China. With the further introduction of laws and regulations, QFII in China has grown in strength and has become China's second largest securities market institutional investors.By analyzing the QFII investment in China, we can learn some awareness and perceptions of international investors in China's securities market from one aspect. At the same time, it is also conducive us a more objective assessment to all industries and listed companies. This article also hopes that by analysis of QFII preferred shares we could have a preliminary understanding of its investment philosophy and operating strategies.This article briefly introduces an overview of the QFII system, and analyses the current relatively common theoretic of measuring investment value of listed companies. after the initial set up the model to measure the investment value of listed companies, this article using the methods of comparative analysis to analyze the shareholding of QFII quantity, time period, comparing the each quarter's QFII stock holdings situation from the industry point of view. For further quantify analysis, this article using two matching samples of non-parametric test methods, derived QFII preferred stock financial indicators. Under these basic financial indicators, we using logistic regression to generate regression model, and verified. Finally, the conclusion under the analysis and the policy recommendations has been put forward in our ownviews.
