The network in the era of Web2.0, which is mostly concentrated in the personality and individual participation, has more flexibility and richness, compared with the previous Webl.O network. However, it definitely has some new problems, such as how to manage and supervise the content of the website more effectively and legitimately, how to channelize the public opinion on the internet and how to make the intellectual property rights safe. In order to give the answers to these challenging questions we must acquire more knowledge about the characteristics, disseminations, content management, participation model, copyright safety and commercial marketing of the Web2.0 network.This paper use Tudou.com and Zhuaxia.com, the two famous Web2.0 websites, as the research objects and makes some thorough and detailed analysis. From the questions and the discussions in this paper, the government and organizations which may concern will be provided a better idea and perspective to supervise such an incoming network era. At the same time, it also gives some suggestion for the websites to improve themselves in terms of the self-management and development. This paper uses discourse analysis and a case study of the argument. Select Tudou.com and Tudou.com, from two Web2.0 website net user experience, Internet website content and the objectivity of fairness, users of self-fulfillment and copyright protection, a comparative analysis of the Angle and analysis on the process of literature, case to quote, logical reasoning, induction and integration in this paper, the application of model or chart, the combination of general and special combining.
