Optimizing The Financial Structure In Economic Development For Resource Based Region

Along with the rapid growth of economy in resource based region, China are increasing the resources' consuming and demand, and the contradictions between economic development and natural resources dried up are becoming more and more glaring, so developing financial, can not only provide the funds demanded and guide the funds to the high-tech industry to make efficiency use of resources, so this is a rapid and good way of developing economy for the resource based region. But if not guides the financial development and lets it blindness go, it maybe can turn worse the contradictions between economic development and natural resources dried up. So the thesis from the financial structure factors to investigate the direction of the financial development for the resource based region. The thesis firstly, on the bases of the financial development and the financial structure theories, concludes the general characteristics of the optimized financial structure. And then, taking the typical in Inner Mongolia region that redundant in resource as examples, and combining the characteristics of the resource based region, concludes the definition of the optimized financial structure, the criterion of the optimized financial structure, set up the criterion system for the financial structure in resource based region, and use the analytical method of substantial evidence to identify the relationship between the economy and the financial. Lately, put forward the suggestions for optimizing the financial structure in resource based region: the first, reform the financial system deeply to promote the diversity of the financial institutions and tools; the second, develop and perfect the policy financial and establish a macro direction to unify the economic benefits and the social benefits in adjusting the industrial structure; the third, develop and perfect the futures market of the energy and mineral to make the resources' price mechanism can exertive efficiently to install the financial resource.
