In the time of economic globalization, technology and financial ability radically decide a country's competitive power. Economy and finance mixed to the all and the one. So the market economy is called financial economy today. The trend of financial economy globalization strengthen constantly, finance is an industrial or a local problem in one country again. It is a problem to influence the stabilization of economy and development country in every country. While the second loan crisis is to make people aware of the progress of financial innovation as well as the existence of the huge risks, and how to strengthen financial supervision and management to become the world hot topic of discussion.In this paper, first introduced the three forms of financial regulation: a central, sub-sector supervision and regulation are not completely uniform, And select the United States, Britain and Japan, the three most representative of the country's financial regulatory system for the specific object of study, these three countries, the regulatory system model are analyzed and compared. The United Kingdom to establish a unified regulatory body - Financial Supervision Authority, the integration of financial sector supervision; the United States established the Federal Reserve as the lead supervisor, the professional regulatory body for the function of the umbrella supervisor monitoring system; Japan the establishment of a unified regulatory body, to achieve a unified regulatory body for the integration of internal functions. It indicates the future direction of international financial management and supervision.
