Technological innovation is the main modern source of economic growth, and it is also the main way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. However, technological innovation is a high-risk activities, it is possible due to the uncertainty of the external environment, technological innovation projects, as well as the difficulty and complexity of the limited strength of enterprises in technological innovation activities leading to an extension, suspension, failure or less than expected technical and economic indicators. With the acceleration of the global economy integration process , Chinese enterprises formed a turn for the better with the international market, how the enterprise to guard against technological innovation in a variety of risks, actively seeking the opportunities offered by technological change and improve the prevention and control technology innovation and risk and self-innovation capability is a very important and very urgent task. Therefore , attentions should be given to the enterprise to the risk management of technological innovation.First, we make a detail illustrateion on technological innovation and the emergence of the risk of technological innovation and development, and to explore the domestic and foreign scholars on technological innovation risk of some of the more representative the theoretical study.As a result,we discuss the risk of technological innovation on the cause and type, and analysize the risks of technological innovation stage of the, and all this set the establishment of these theories for the study of this article .Secondly, this paper choose to study the automotive industry, summarize the status of risk factors according to China's automobile manufacturing enterprises, and make a conclusion of comparative analysis of 31 factors affecting the use of a questionnaire survey approach to data collection. Analysize the information on data reliability, validity and discriminant Baker concentration and make a key factor, and then use empirical analysis method to have a authentication.Finally, make the empirical conclusions : Enterprise of the scientific and technical personnel strength, management capability, corporate credibility and reputation of the 7 factors have a strong impact on the risk of technological innovation .So we make recommendations, the automotive industry should attach importance to the improvement of several factors, including the introduction of high-quality talent, innovation and pay attention to the specific risk level of project risk management, and use modern management approach to the management of enterprises to continuously improve their own strength.
