The relationship between coal enterprises and electric power enterprises is a difficult problem for government to solve in china . This article absorbs the related achievement in the vertical trade relationship development at home and abroad , build up an equilibrium model of industrial structure in which the organization of firms is endogenous . In the end , according to the empirical study to analyze the factors affected vertical integration between coal enterprises and electric power enterprises in china , and to give the suggestion about the development of the trade relationship between coal enterprises and electric power enterprises .The article starts from the analyze the research background which the tension between coal enterprises and electric power enterprises , point out the importance which to choose the coal enterprises and electric power enterprises vertical trade relationship as an object , introduce the theoretical significance and the practical significance toward the study , and elaborates the concrete object.
