Application Of Data Warehouse And Data Mining To Auto Finance

Auto finance service has become the most important profit point after Manufacturing by the experience of international car industry.With the economic falling globally,Auto Finance Service has been an effective means for car dealers to seek prestigious customers and improve market share.Risk management is always the most important subject for auto finance corporation.This thesis starts the customer-centered risk management by the classification of origin customers and marketing optimization.With the monitoring of credit process and risk measurement,we bring the questionnare design and propose the complete set of solutions and innovate research methods .This thesis provides a Logistic-Naive-Bayes mixed dynamic model based on the empirical research of classification model.This new model has a good performance on discrimination index and robustness.Besides,we propose a complete set of informantion gathering plan that conforms to China's national conditions and establish standard industry pattern after deep inter-trade investigation based on the risk control of customers credit.Ultimately this paper give a closed-loop system centering on the historical default rate which has great practical application value.
