The Study On The Influences Of Heterogeneous Human Capital On FDI Technology Spillover Effect

After Schulz gave up the capital and labor's homogeneous assumptions of Neoclassical Economics, he began to research the secrets of economic growth from a new direction and clearly come up with the sight that heterogeneous human capital plays an important role in enterprise's development. Since then, the thought of "heterogeneous" has been widely accepted in academia. On this basis, the studies on the influence of heterogeneous human capital puts on economic growth and technological progress have also become the focus of scholars.In the background of economic globalization, the benefits FDI brought to the host countries not only money and capitals, but also the advanced technology, management experience and other intangible assets. Especially, FDI technology spillover effect has become the most important way in which the host countries improve the level of technology. The level of human capital plays an important role, whether in the channels of FDI technology spillover effect, or the factors influencing the FDI technology spillover effect.Because of the special characteristics of heterogeneous human capital and the roles it play in the economic growth and technical progress, we can assume that heterogeneous human capital must influence technology spillover effect too. Therefore, based on the existing researches about heterogeneous human capital and FDI technology spillover effect, after summarizing the channels and influence factors of FDI technology spillover effect ,this paper analyzes the influences of heterogeneous human capital on FDI technology spillover effect from the macro and micro level. Through discussing the mechanism between them, the author bring out in three ways heterogeneous human capital influence FDI technology spillover effect. In the empirical analysis, this paper uses the panel data from different industries, and classifies them according to different characteristics. With two different methods, the whole data regression and grouped regression, the author wants to find how the two kinds of heterogeneous human capital influence FDI technology spillover effect.
