Simulation Research Of Demand-Supply Chain Based On VOP And OPP

As a new management model, supply chain management improve the core competent of the whole manufacturing enterprise. For suppliers, how to improve the production efficiency and gain more customers through supply chain management is the key. For customers, how to optimize the relationship with the supplier and get more added value is improtant. In this paper, we get the demand-supply chain which just only reflect the relationship between customer and supplier from the traditional supply chain. Based the demand-supply chain and the value offering point and the order penetration point, supplier how to integrate into the operation and management of customer more better and to provide more services while improving their supply chain efficiency is studied.First of all, domestic and foreign research of demand-supply chain is reviewed, the relevant theoretical knowledge is elaborated, and the modeling tool——system dynamic is described.Secondly, the nine different demand-supply chain models which formed by value offering point and the order penetration point are analyzed, and their respective characteristics are summarized.Then, based the principle of the system dynamics, used the ITHINK simulation software, the simulation model of three typical demand-supply chain models which selected from the nine models are established and effectiveness was examined.Finally, the simulation results of inventory variables, demand variables and order processing capabilities of the three modles are derived using ITHINK software, and the simulation results are compared.
