The Study Of Corporations' Restructuring Under The Global Financial Crisis

Corporations' restructuring plays an important role in Corporations' prompt developments and keeping competitiveness; in the meanwhile it is also an important trend of economic development of the contemporary world. If corporations want to keep unbeaten in the competition, they shall continually restructure to optimize the allocation of resources. Under the trend of Global economic integration, Corporations' restructuring is paid more and more attention by multi-national corporations and governments. It becomes obvious especially when every economic crisis comes, and Factor mobility and Corporations' restructuring are therefore accelerated. Under this circumstances Factor mobility and Corporations'restructuring are used to adjust economic structure and make economic relationship from to unbalance to balance. Since the financial crisis globally broke up in 2008, lots of countries stepped into the recession. They have taken many pleasures to rescue the stock market with the end to relieve the economic difficulty incurred by the financial crisis. Under the impact of the financial crisis, our country also encounters the economic difficulty. In order to optimize the allocation of resources and advance the development of the economic, our government has taken many measures to guide and push forward Corporations' restructuring.This paper includes five parts: a) In Chapter 1, the background and the theoretical and empirical importance of the study have been illustrated; b) Chapter 2 deal with the basic theory and motive and effeteness of Corporations' restructuring; c) In Chapter 3 Analyses is made on the history and current circumstance of the China's Corporations' restructuring, and some problems are pointed out. In the meanwhile Corporations' restructuring plays an important role in the Chinese economic development during the global finance crisis. d) In light of the problems analyzed in Chapter 3, some means were proposed to regulate China's Corporations' restructuring; e) Chapter 5 gives a conclusion to the whole course and outcome of the paper, and points out that the deficiency of the paper will be further studied in the future.Through the means of theory deductive and empirical analysis, the paper analyzes and studies Corporations'restructuring and change of economic circumstance, summarizes the factors which affect Corporations'restructuring, and deeply analyzes the existing problems. Based on the Corporations'restructuring facts, the systematic analysis is done in strategic objective, mercerization, operating rules, equity transaction and late Integration in China's Corporations' restructuring during global finance and economy crisis. Several proposals and policy is well founded proposed.
