Study On The Choice Between The Inter-Regional Trade And The International Trade In Hebei Province

The purpose of this article is to make a prior choice for the Hebei Province,s external trade development. According to the result of the choice, this paper provides a policy reference for the government. In view of the characteristic of the topic, take the foreign trade development theory as the foundation, use empirical analysis as main analysis method. Analyse the present situation and prospect of international trade and inter-regional trade of Hebei Province systemly , through the comparative analysis, has made the Hebei Province first developing inter-regional trade choice, to give the government some policy references.Firstly, the article introduce the concept of external trade, international trade and inter-regional trade.And thought that the international trade and the inter-regional trade are the two different angles of external trade identical in the local. Take example from domestic and overseas to analyze the different way choice of the different country and area, and find out the useful aspect to Hebei Province.Secondly, do some research to Hebei Province present situation of external trade development.Through the trend of development comparison, the regression model analysis and compares with the GDP pessimistic interrelatedness, knew that the inter-regional trade's influence must be bigger than the internationaltrade to economic growth's influence. Use the principal components analytic method find out the domestic economy liveness and the international openness.It's showed that Hebei Province's domestic economy is obviously more active than its participation international economy. The boundary effect level of Hebei Province reduces year by year and the moderate local self-circulation ratio also expressed Hebei Province's inter-regional trade development condition optimizes day by day. Finally, the comprehensive empirical analysis result, unifies the nature and the social resource that Hebei Province oneself has, as well as to the domestic and foreign macroeconomic trend of development,made Hebei Province's foreign trade way choice :to give priority to the domestic inter-regional trade. And according to this choice to put some suggestions.
