In recent years it appears that the salary of executive in listed company rewards the extensive solicitude that from academic circle and the circle of industry and commerce. This paper select 30 domestic steel listed companys as sample and have analysed the correlation between listed company's executive compensation of our country and achievement index, size, concentration of shareholders, regional economic level, the state control etc. Research result shows that:there is a notable positive correlation between executive compensation and the achievement of short period.In listed companys, the encourage restriction mechanism for executive is in a kind of very weak state. There is a notable positive correlation between executive compensation and the size of company. executive compensation of listed company has obvious regional feature, it is higher for east, midwest take second place; Executive compensation in Steel listed company has certain relation with the economic level of located area. There is a weak negative correlation between executive annual compensation and the state control. Executive compensation has nothing with concentration of shareholders. The correlation between executive and factors of corporate governance is weak. Corporate governance takes a small effect in restricting executive compensation of listed company. According to above-mentioned analysis result we can reach factors which influences executive compensation. And what relation existences between Senior Executive compensation and listed ComPany achievement. we can offer policy and suggestion to improve senior executive encourage system through studying the information of senior executive compensation from steel Listed Company.
