Study On The Production Planning Of Remanufacturing Under Reverse Logistics

With the rapid scientific and technological development and people's living standards improved, the life cycle of products has been shortened artificially. A large number of products are abandoned by functional obsolescence or the appearance of being eliminated, resulting in a great load on the environment and great waste of resources. Industrial products which lose some normal functions when these products are into the end-of-life period also can create values through the remanufacturing.Based on the up context, firstly, it introduces the topic of the significance of the subject, the research at home and aboard. At the same time, it introduces the concepts and development of reverse logistics,remanufacturing and production schedule. Secondly, it uses the theory of operational research to make a manufacture/remanufacture model in order to distribute quantities of every planning period under the certainties situations. Considering the uncertainties of the market demands and the recoverable quantities of used products, it uses theories of stochastic program and genetic algorithm to make two production planning models. One is the schedule of remanufacture model. The other is the schedule of manufacture/remanufacture model. So that we can distribute the quantities of every period in order to reduce the production cost and preparing the resources for manufacture and remanufacture.
