As a form of economic organizations, family business plays an important role in the national economy of every country. In our country, with development of family business, many scholars have begun to put great emphasis on the research. Scholars at home and abroad f has focused on two aspects about family business research, One issue is the trust in the family business, The other is the family business to grow up. But the main issue they are researching are the confidence within the family business, Trust and the introduction of professional managers, and so on. For the growth of family business research has focused on internal growth mechanism. The article will study the two issues together and they are trust and the growth of the family business,The main issue is the network growth of family business on growth mechanism.On the basis of the study on the literature at home and abroad, through trial investigation, selected partners characteristics, family businesses and partnership features,potential for cooperation the 12 indicators in three areas to assess confidence. Use the more popular at home and abroad indicators:The relationship between network strength, The relationship between network durability, Degree of openness in the network relationship to measure the degree of network growth. Selected 200 family companies in Shandong province's to conducted questionnaire survey and The data had been carried out for empirical analysis, and obtained the following conclusions:Trust with the family business network relationship between the strength of growth of a network, The relationship between durability, the degree of openness, are showed significant positive correlation; With the family business network relationship between the intensity of growth of two networks showed a positive correlation; The relationship between the two networks with the durability and openness there is no obvious correlation; After group analysis, the author found that, the relationship between Non-small family business'confidence and the growth of the family business network is more marked than the relationship between Smaller enterprises'confidence and the growth of the family business network. Especially in the relationship between the two networks and openness in the durability Non-small family businesses related to a greater extent than small family businesses.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, the author has put forward the relevant recommendations and provided a reference and learning on increasing confidence in family business and promoting the growth of family network business.
