| The process of integration in the global economy, because of market competition further intensified, logistics, status and role, appears more important than ever. Located at the end of the distribution, because of their economic efficiency, optimize, improve the logistics system, improve service, reduce costs and other functions, in the logistics system occupies a very important position.Distribution is the core of delivery to arrange for delivery and reasonable path to reach the distribution system for the objective, namely to improve customer service levels, improve distribution efficiency, improve quality and reduce distribution costs distribution has a very important role. Therefore, vehicle routing problem will become a research hotspot in recent years.This paper investigate stochastic vehicle routing problem. Because the stochastic vehicle routing problem is operations research in a special class of stochastic programming problems, By analyzing the essential characteristic of stochastic programming and the deficiencies of the existing methods, we propose the concept of synthesizing effect function for the comparison of the objective function value, give an axiomatic system for stochastic synthesizing effect function, establish objective evaluation principles based on synthesizing effect;for the satisfaction of constraints, we propose a quasi-linear model based on expectation and variance; further we establish an operable stochastic programming model (called the generalized expected value model, denoted by GEM for short), and analyze the performance through an example. Finally it is appliede in specific stochastic vehicle routing problem, the establishment of stochastic vehicle routing problem with generalized expectations model, with examples verify the effectiveness of the new model. |
