Research on Evaluation of internal control for companies in China is an emerging subject. This thesis is dedicated to the research of establishment of internal control evaluation system for companies in China, in the hope to facilitate the continued development and perfecting of their internal control.Firstly, this thesis introduces the topics of the background and significance. Internal control and its evaluation are outlined. Followed by, analyses the necessity and feasibility of establishing internal control evaluation system for companies in China. Then explores the establishment of internal control evaluation system in details and how to establish internal control evaluation system. And take A company for example, uses the method described above, analyses and evaluates its internal control. Finally, puts forward further proposals to improve internal control.
