With the development of rural economic and deepens of reform in rural circulation system, rural chain operation has been spread rapidly and become a major force which supports rural economic development and enhances the quality of life for residents in villages and small towns. Because of the significant differences in chain operation between urban and rural, currently rural chain operation stowage and distribution theory and application of technology-related research are significant lags behind the fast-growing demand. Based on this, this paper provides active exploration in both theoretical study and application technology in rural chain operation logistics stowage and distribution.This paper chooses the basic theory of rural chain operation and the characteristics of logistics stowage and distribution as a starting point, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of chain operation in particular context of rural. The traditional chain operation model has been optimized taking into account the rural circulation materials, flow and other features. This paper further analyzes the chain stores, vehicles, goods, road network, constraints, objective function and other elements of stowage and distribution in the mode that has been optimized, constructs a two-way stowage and distribution combinatorial optimization model of single distribution center, more vehicles, more models, and consider the mix of goods bound, designs its solution method. In the model and algorithm theory research, the paper also makes depth study on decision application technology of rural chain operation logistics stowage and distribution, proposes system development ideas based of mixed programming languages. Visual decision-making technology solutions was constructed in this paper, which including implementation techniques of decision model database, implementation techniques of visual GIS, data fusion technology of spatial data and Access database. Based on the system requirements analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis, this paper preliminary designs and implementations of stowage and distribution combinatorial optimization-decision support system with the core functions of model decision-making, visual output, basic data entry, information query Etc.
