In this article the author has a deep enterprise investigation and collect and research related information widely, on the basis of grasping related theory of internal control, starting from analyzing the internal control actuality of construction company and industry situations, and describe the existing problems appears in internal control of Shandong Construction Engineering Group. Then, the author uses related theory of internal control to analyze and research the existing problems in enterprise internal control. Finally, combining the practical situations of company and starting from perfecting internal control system, the author provides practicable improvement measures and brings forward designing mentality of enterprise internal control system. The author hopes the suggestions arising out of this article could help to improve the status of out of control actions and also hopes to give some suggestions to other construction enterprises.
