Application Research Of Ontology In Internal Control Based On The Information System Environment

Enterprise internal control, as a mechanism of enterprise internal self-restraint, is of great significance for enterprise to improve management effectiveness and efficiency and widespread concern by government and business circles. Because of the extensive application of information systems, information systems is more and more important and to be an important carrier for enterprise to achieve internal control. Therefore, the research of internal control based on information system has great practical significance. Recently, there are many studies about internal control based on information system but most of these studies focused on the internal control framework and information systems theories. Starting from the business process, the research of internal control based on information system is carried out in this article through the use of body and internal control theory.In this article, the internal control theory and identity management are briefly described firstly. Then analysis of internal controls based on information system is carried out and that the key of strengthening information system internal control is business process design and implementation has been point out. After choosing business process design and implementation as study object, the information system business process ontology model is build and business processes based on internal control are designed. Finally, OWL language is used to describe a business process example model. The purpose of this research is to achieve sharing and reuse of the knowledge of internal control based on information system by using ontology technique.
