Strategic Research On The Establishment Of Regional Innovation System In Sichuan

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the foundation of national economic development and also innovation is obviously a powerful thruster. A country which lack of complete innovation system will directly affect the sustainable development of national economy which is composed of regional innovation system as important components. Therefore, areas should construct the regional innovation system with their own different characteristics according to the actual situation within the framework of the national innovation system in order to promote the regional economy to develop healthy, sustained and rapidly.This paper attempts to introduce the theory of regional innovation system and uses the analysis method of strategic management to analysis the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of regional innovation system in Sichuan and then choose the suitable strategic plan after selection and matching. Combing Sichuan situation, the paper brings forward a strategic measures to perfect the construction of regional innovation system and strengthen the regional innovation ability and realize the great-leap-forward development of regional economic. Several conclusions are gained according to the analysis as following:This paper is divided into four parts. The first part:introduction. Paper introduces the research background and significance, annotates the research progenies home and overseas and introduces the research content and thoughts. The second part:research methods and design. Paper introduces the research method and establishes research methods and steps of the index. The third part:strategic analysis of the regional innovation system construction. In one hand, paper expounds construction necessity of regional innovation system from time, space and regional angle of Sichuan. In the other hand, paper uses SWOT method to analysis the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of regional innovation system in Sichuan, as well as the IFE, EFE, QSPM method to estimate the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and then select the final strategy and strategic measures. The fourth Part:the strategic measures to perfect the construction of the regional innovation system in Sichuan.
