Research On The Behavior Of Our Household Financial Portfolio Choice Based On The International Comparison

Along with the significant rising in household wealth and continuous development of financial markets, the proportion of financial assets in household assets increasing. The household financial portfolio choice had become more complex. Research the household financial portfolio choice in depth had very important academic value and practical significances, the results could provide valuable advices for the optimization of family financial assets and enhance residents'property income. Through the comparative analysis of household portfolios in some countries and regions in recent years, this paper summarized the characteristics of international household portfolio. Under this background, we proceed to the Chinese household portfolio. In this paper, we use theoretical research and comparative analysis, combining quantitative study of statistical methods. The main research as following:first, select some representative countries, conduct international comparison; second, combining the comparison of affecting factors, analyze the effects of financial system, investment environment, cultural differences, family income, social systems and so on; third, analyze the characteristics of Chinese household portfolios, and contact system factors, combined with the experience and lessons of international comparisons, draw conclusions and make recommendations. By international comparison, this paper believes that Chinese financial market is not yet mature, the lack of financial instruments severely restricted Chinese household portfolios. And the Chinese cultural tradition, social system, the revenue structure and other factors also had different effects on our household portfolio behavior.
