| Along with the continuous development of information industry, independent innovation oriented high-tech enterprises have also grown considerably. Especially in the past decade or so, independent innovation oriented high-tech enterprises have mushroomed in the open coastal cities. Those enterprises are where intellectual employees are concentrated. They have relatively higher expectation of and individualized requirements for their working environments, corporate culture, career development and sense of professional fulfillment. Therefore, obviously, to improve employees'loyalty, organization commitment and work efficiency, it is vital to enhance the fit between high-quality employees and the high-tech companies. The employee-organization fit is a significant research project for the study of sustainable development of enterprises.Taking Zhuoyan Company, the market leader of Chinese special instrumentation industry, as a subject, the author of this thesis conducted background analysis of the company, survey of employee-organization fit, and held interviews. Based on the findings, the author analyzes the current level of employee engagement and key factors related to it, and puts forward some improvement measures. In the thesis, the author expounds upon the concept of employee-organization fit, current situation of research at both home and abroad, how to measure the employee-organization fit. The author also boils down the research to some key factors, demonstrates the whole process and approaches to conduct the investigation, survey and statistic analysis, and constructs the PDCA management approach to enhance the employee-organization fit.Finally, based on the measures to enhance employee satisfaction and the employee-organization fit in Zhuoyan Company, the author extends the research findings even further by providing latest empirical research approaches for high-tech enterprises where intellectual employees are concentrated to measure and promote the employee-organization fit. |
