Research On Internal Financial Control System For Huashi Enterprise

With the development of global economy and establishment and perfection of the socialist market economy, the Chinese corporations present a trend of collectivizing, and the enterprise groups show great foreground with considerable scope and strength. However, by reason of the increasing scale expansion and system complication, the enterprise group internal financial control has been a difficult problem which befuddles group leaders .Therefore, how to dominate group members and to command the managers, especially how to build up the group internal financial control system has been a question relating to the long-term development of the enterprise groups. This paper elaborates the construction of the internal financial control system for enterprise groups.In summary, based on the primary content of the enterprise internal financial control, by using several analysis methods, including system analysis, theory and practice analysis, cases analysis, the paper takes Huashi enterprise as the object of research, focusing on reforming the internal financial control system for Huashi enterprise.
