Study On Dynamic Safety Evaluation Of Drilling Engineer

Drilling engineering is an extremely complex multi-factor, multi-variable, multi-level dynamic process and system engineering. Aimed at the damage during the drilling process, studies on safety evaluation are carried out to implement the basic principles "safety and prevention first" and the basic premise of the production in drilling process.Based on the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry HSE Management System Standard, the safety evaluation for drilling process has been studied in this thesis. By analyzing the evaluation technology at home and abroad, the model of dynamic safety evaluation is proposed. The drilling dynamic security assessment system is founded with the method which integrates the drilling and computer technology.The whole method and the technology course of drilling dynamic security assessment are developed by studying literature research and collecting drilling field data. At the same time, the reason of accidents and the characteristics of drilling parameters are studied, selecting the safety evaluation, the drilling dynamic security assessment system is founded, and a different membership functions are selected by analyzing the characteristics of each index. Viewing of the current safety assessment of the defect and achieving dynamic evaluation of the safety of drilling engineering, the weight of the fact is variable, and it includes the attributive weight and the rank weight. They are both calculated through the Minimum Information Entropy to avoid error evaluation results. In order to ensure the system is safe and reduce risk, the fuzzy PID control method is used to adjust abnormal drilling parameters.Finally, the dissertation explores the system of the drilling dynamic security assessment to monitoring, diagnose and control simulation by integrating the development tools Visual Basic, Matlab with Access. The method used in the dissertation has the function of theory instruct to the drilling dynamic security assessment and has some function of use for reference to security assessment of others work condition.
