Research On Internal Control System Of MS Company

Internal control is an important constituent of internal enterprise management the survival, and has the vital significance to enterprise's survival and development.The theory of internal control which starts to develop from above century 30's in overseas has already formed one more complete system. And it began to develop fin China since 1990's. Our government has established it is now introduced some standards and guidelines about internal control, however the actual execution is still weak in enterprises.In recent years, the rapid development of private enterprises in China has made them become an important force for China's economy. The weakness of the internal control has restricted the development of private enterprise. Therefore, it's urgent for the private enterprises to establish internal control system.The MS company is such a private enterprise, and division of labor is not clear, weak internal controls.This paper is divided into three sections. The first section included prolegomenon, a general description about background and the internal control theory. The second section is mainly about the company's general information and the company's control status, to find out the key proble MS and propose the solutions. The third section is the summary and the limitation of this paper. The author does hope this paper can provide some recommendations to those private enterprises like MS company.
