With the rapid progress of the animal husbandry in our country, eterinary enterprises production management is more standardization, product quality and service level is steadily increasing. Corporation competition enters into eclairclssement, standardization and conventionalization. In addition, after joining into WTO, foreign enterprise enters the Chinese market.Competition is so fierce in the animal husbandry that customers are becoming important resources of the Veterinary enterprises.China Animal Husbandry Corporation is the main item enterprise in our country animal medicine profession. On the product quality, the research and development technology and the technical service aspects they have had the evidently competitive advantages. But it has not formed systematicness and science the customer recognition and the customer maintenance strategy in the incorporation customer supervisory work.Customer management information system has not formed, which seriously has not hindered development of the incorporation customer relationship supervisory work. Therefore, utilizating customer relationship management theory, the research of incorporation customer relationship management into the China Animal Husbandry Corporation is urgent matter.The paper takes incorporation customer management of the China Animal Husbandry Corporation as the object of the study, it takes the customer relationship management theory as the instruction.Through the massive investigations and the analysis, using the theory and the real diagnosis analysis, unifing quantitative method and qualitative method, unifing the management strategy and the information technology, author has completed the paper's research work. It mainly focuses on four aspects:(1)thorough on-the-spot investigation incorporation customer management present situation auther pointed out the existence question, and analyzed the deep level reason of the question.(2)referring to customer value and customer segmentation fundamental research achievement, in view of the China Animal Husbandry Corporation incorporation customer characteristic,author has designed the China Animal Husbandry Corporation incorporation customer value appraisal system and the customer segmentation method, and has selected 30 incorporation customers to conduct the real diagnosis researches. (3) According to the customer relationship research content and customer entire life cycle theory, taking the customer segmentation as the foundation, taking the variation service as the clue, author has designed the incorporation customer relationship establishment, the maintenance and the development as well as the strategies of the customer relationship restoration. In aspects of resource distribution, marketing service proposed the concrete differentiated service plan. (4)Taking the information technology and the methods as foundation, author has discussed the incorporation customer relationship management information system construction goal, the principle and the system structure, has designed the information system functional module.
