After the reorganization of the telecommunications and promulgating the license of 3G, the Mobile Communications Market have forestalled by three operators. The competition of the three operators are more and more acute, the gap among them in the market share of new customers is further narrow, the market the trends to be imbalance which in the competition landscape of the market is gradually slow. By the homogeneity of the talk business, the three service operator's core competitiveness have transformed from the network resources to the service advantages. The operators want to fight for more customers by service quality, so they can keep to increasing the sharing of market. In this context, this paper attempts to analysis service quality deeply through the zone of tolerance.The Purpose of this paper is that, first, by analyzing the characteristics of mobile communications products, establishing service quality evaluation index system of China Mobile; second, through design the scale of the Customers'zone of tolerance, measure the zone of tolerance of the service quality by survey directly; according to the differences customers'zone tolerance, analyze the distribution of the value of the zone of tolerance's width, and the impact of its internal indicators, lastly, give some advice for enterprises to improve the service quality and compete for the basis market.Based a large number of literature and a lot of excellent achievements in the home and abroad, this paper defined the zone of tolerance, and the upper and lower limits of tolerance, which is the accepted service and the desired service. After designing the scale, this study takes the China Mobile customers which are the university students as sample. The research uses SPSS 13.0 statistical software to analyze the survey data, and came to same conclusions of the accepted service level, the desired service level and the zone of tolerance. These conclusions can be thinking as data supporting for the service providers to make effective decisions.
