The private enterprise is always seen as a vital economic power when it was born. During the twenty-year development history, the private enterprise, as a requisite booster for economic development in China, has experienced countless hardships and setback, but it is being perfected in the difficult period which comforts us. However, the various management problems in the private enterprise couldn't be covered by prosperous presentation, especially in the aspect of payment management. A team of high-efficient and loyal stuff is the key to success of a company. It becomes a significant problem in the private enterprise that how to attract and keep the competent personnel is troubling the HR workers. The construction of payment system, which has an obvious and forceful effect on employee motivation, is a core of HR research.This paper dissects the problems of payment management in private enterprises, and find out the solution to the issues by analyzing the essential and former achievements of payment management. A feasible payment management system which is suitable to the private enterprise would be designed in this paper, and a discussion of the application in Henan XY group will also be presented.Because of the special business structure, the problems which are brought by post-family management, such as instinct recognizing of the concept of payment management, unreasonable construction of payment system, and deficient measure of motivation, have been existing in private enterprises all the time. This article in a thorough study on private enterprise, the private enterprise in the management of the problem of various reasons for lack of advanced : pay management, and the management of human capital idea, managing family thought seriously, etc. to pay in private enterprise management of these issues and made a complete the compensation for private enterprise management solutions, every aspect of the wages of staff are making a definition. Finally, it would be a solution to the enterprise, the group of Henan XY the actual situation later in the solution made a detailed explanation.A system of payment management which has universal applicability is the main result in this article. Most private enterprises could modify this system according to their own actual situation. In order to test the feasibility and utility of the system, this paper will take a private enterprise for example.The unique feature of this article is putting the result of theory research into the enterprises'practice, and providing a truly practical and useful scheme of payment management for the private enterprise.
