The Study On The Performance Of Agriculture Listed Companies

In China, Agriculture is the foundation of economic development and social stability. So strengthening the fundamental position of agricultural listed companies should be put in the first place now and in future. Agriculture problems are given to more and more attention in our country. As advanced agricultural productivity organization, our country's agriculture companies should play a basic part in promoting agricultural products'quality structure,in increasing farmers'income,and in popularizing the scientific and technical result. Their own development for national economic development has an important role in promoting for national economic development. However, listed companies in the agricultural development of 10 years, there are many problems in Agriculture Company's development, Such as back in agriculture, transformation, illegal in manipulation. From these phenomenon, we can see the problem of Agriculture Company. Small scale, the development of instability, the poor economic performance is the main problem. This does not match with the leading status of Agriculture Company. This paper's main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper put the economic performance of agricultural listed companies as the object. And listed companies will be divided into farming agriculture, forest, animal husbandry, fishing, as well as animal husbandry and fishery service. By comparing different types of economic performance of listed agricultural companies, we try to explain how to improve economic performance and to maintain sustainable growth performance. It has Practical significance and in accordance with the urgency need of economic development.(2)This study chooses 29 Agricultural listed companies as sample. And choose 14 indexes which are from different respect to build the index system for Evaluation of Agricultural Listed Companies. Then use the Factor Analysis method in spss16.0 to analysis the main factors which affect the economic performance of various types agricultural listed companies. Different types of agriculture listed company have different economic performance. The healthy development of agricultural listed companies should be concerned about. So this study will propose countermeasures and suggestions to stabilize the development of agricultural listed companies which based on the Analysis.
