Quality Control Of Capital Construction Projects Based On Audit

With people concerned about the safety of life and property, the seeking of the level of production and substance living quality to improve. In recent years, infrastructure products quality becomes the focus of people's attention increasingly. Whether residential buildings or public buildings once had great quality problems, some even had the evolution for social events which had bad influences. The public taunts these problem buildings and grants them the title of "crooked building", "fragile roads", "sticky bridges", while it also highlighted the social anxiety for the problem of project quality.This article introduces the current research on quality control of infrastructure at home and abroad, elaborates the theory of construction quality management, analyses the influence factors and the process of construction quality control, makes a further analysis of current universities construction quality management and audit, analyzes deeply the problems present situation of universities infrastructure projects quality management, and puts forward that there're the problems in the level of operation, system, and knowledge in the universities construction quality audit. Based on these,this paper forward the system of universities construction quality control, through analyzing the quality audit of universities infrastructure construction determine the choice of its process and the auditing control methods, using follow-up audit conduct a audit control in the construction process of the universities infrastructure quality management, in order to achieve the audit control of construction quality. Finally, through a real case, it further elaborates to establish the whole process of tracking audit system to combine pre-intervention, matter of oversight, and post audit, it has great importance and value to strengthen the infrastructure for quality control and effectively improve the quality of infrastructure.
