While the experience in the management of credit is little and the credit card market is still not standardized, but we can be expected in the near future, credit cards will be more prosperous.The paper focus on empirical study of the correlation between the credit card and market structure of china's commercial banks. The conclusions have great practice guide for policy formulation, business development strategies of the bank credit card and so on.At first, this paper describes the research and development situation of the market structure of commercial banks at home and abroad. After reviewing the market structure, credit market development and other related documents at home and abroad, use the Panzar-Rosse model quantitative research China's commercial banking market structure changes of trajectory over the past decade. On this basis, further research the relationship between development of credit card market and the diversification of the market structural. The result show that in one hand as our policy for the banking industry liberalization, the market competition is more intense overall; in another hand the credit card's generation, development had an impact on market structure of commercial banks.
