The development of coal, electricity, transportation and chemicals integration is important to the sustainable development of the national energy, and becoming a significant issue in our courtry economy development. Applying the game theory, the value chain and transaction cost theory, combined with the typical example of Huaneng North Power Corporation, This paper analyses and researches the development model of coal, electricity, transportation and chemicals vertical integration in Inner Mongolia. Assess detailedly the integrated operation of regional advantages, economies of scale, the basic conditions, the overall efficiency. The operation mechanism and management mechanism, the interests of mechanisms were also discussed. Mathematical analysis and practice show that the development models of coal, electricity, transportation and chemicals integration can conserve more effectively resources and the environment, reduce intermediate links, help enterprises control cost, maximize the benefits, increase effectively the competitiveness of enterprises and anti-risk ability. Present a scientific content and business idea of electrical power-oriented, coal-based and integrated development of coal, electricity, transportation and chemicals in Inner Mongolia.
