In recent years, Hebei Province, has maintained a fast growth rate of export trade, while environmental issues are increasingly prominent in Hebei province, to conduct an objective assessment of export trade has great theoretical and practical significance.In order to study the impact of export trade on the ecological environment nicety, this passage select the export trade and environmental data of Hebei Province objectively, then establishment of index system, to determine the weight of each pollution indicators through the principal component analysis method, then account the environmental costs through accounting for the sewage charges method, and through use of SVM model to evaluate environmental effects, and eventually come to the impact of export trade on the ecological environment in Hebei Province.
